Villa Aura - Tamarindo - Studio Saxe
Photographing Villa Áurea was about understanding how architecture can both respond to and dissolve into the landscape. Studio Saxe designed a structure that feels light and grounded at the same time — a composition of clean lines, floating planes, and natural materials that interact beautifully with the tropical environment.
What drew me in was the way the house opens up to the ocean view while still maintaining a strong connection to the forest. The transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces are seamless, and the way natural light moves through the structure is intentional and poetic.
My goal with this shoot was to highlight the architectural clarity and the quiet rhythm of the spaces — moments where light, shadow, material, and geometry come together in balance.
