Hi, I’m Alvaro Fonseca, the eye behind Depth.Lens — my personal studio focused on architecture photography in Costa Rica and Latin America.
I specialize in documenting architectural spaces with precision, natural light, and a sense of narrative. My goal is always to capture more than the structure itself: I want to communicate how design lives, breathes, and connects with its surroundings.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most inspiring architecture and design studios, including Studio Saxe, QBO3, Gensler, Inverse Project, Sofia Interiorismo, Biotile, JSarc, John Osborne Studio, Kamalio, Zürcher Arquitectos, VM Studio Lab, and Saballos Arquitectura, among others.
